  4. Describe the gay stereotypes prevalent in films featuring gay journalists.
  5. Why are lesbians generally treated more favorably in films and TV than gay men?
  6. Discuss the effect of AIDS on gay journalists portrayed in the movies and on TV.
  7. Discuss why so many gay journalists are the objects of ridicule and humor in films dating back to 1929. Describe the effect you think this has on the American viewing public and its opinions about gay journalists.
